We gave potty training the third try about 10 days ago. A friend of mine at work gave me a book that worked with his son, so we decided to give it our best shot. What do you know? We now have a kid that goes potty! Here are some pictures of Evan wearing his underpants (they make boxer/briefs for toddlers) and receiving prizes after he filled his sticker charts. He actually just earned his trophy today because he stayed dry all day yesterday at home and all day today at the sitter's.
(The one picture of Evan in the doorway is water from the dishes on his underpants - not an accident.)

Yay! Congrats, that is a huge deal! We did the sticker chart thing with Ava, works like a charm!
That's awesome! Ryder defeated the diaper, too! Except at night...but we'll get there. It just feels so good not to have to buy those darn things anymore! Good job Evan!!
