It's got a good beat...

...and it's easy to dance to.

Who doesn't like Papa?

Evan loves his papa. Dad came down for the race this weekend and Evan was in heaven. New blood to make him giggle. :-)

Tubby Time!

It doesn't last long each night (because somebody feels the need to stand up in the tub), but Evan LOVES tubby time.

Dance without the pants!

Evan was dancing to the music at the baseball game yesterday (when I was trying to put his pants back on after his diaper got changed). He likes lots of music, especially Aerosmith, Kenny Chesney, and the "Go Cubs Go" song. :-)

Go Cats!

Evan, Auntie and I went to Mike's double-header on Saturday. His boys are 15-2 so far this year (not bad). We got a quick shot of Evan and Dad in between games; Auntie got a good shot in too!

Tissues, Toilet Paper and Baby Wipes

Evan has discovered the art of yanking things, especially the items from the title of the blog. Here are some pictures of him and the baby wipe box. The last one has him winking at the camera; he was turning on his charm so he wouldn't get into trouble. :-)

Cut that hair!

Before

Before
After

Evan got a "baby style" high and tight today. We went to Cookie Cutters and had that shag cut off. :-)

Evan has decided...

...that today is the day he will start pushing things. He's been "cruising" for a long while now, but only since Friday has he decided he will hold our hands above his head and walk. He started pushing stuff around today and thought it was fun. First it was a kitchen chair when he saw me push it to reach a high cabinet, then it was his push along Tonka truck.

Evan Digs Doors

Here he is playing with the cabinet doors. The other day he kept shutting his fingers in the door and looking at me funny; he figured it out after a few pinched fingers.

Say Cheese!

Evan has taken to smiling on cue whenever I get out the camera. He even smiled big when our good friend, Kristine, came into town for a visit. :-)
