Here is Evan on his actual birthday - - no cake that day (but I did bake one the week before to get him to come sooner...it didn't work).
Here is Evan on his 1st birthday - - My mom made this cake - - chocolate!
On Evan's 2nd birthday he had Mickey Mouse - - made by Grandma & Aunt Judy. Yum!
On his 3rd birthday he got lucky - he had a school bus cake for his Fort Wayne birthday and a Wow Wow Wubbzy & Walden cake for his birthday at home.
On his 4th birthday he was pretty lucky once more - he had a Percy cake for his Fort Wayne birthday and a Lightening McQueen cake for his birthday at home. (He also got to decorate his own cake with the leftovers.)
Evan turned five today. You know those people that say, "Where did the time go?" I am one of them now. Here are a few pictures of Evan and his cakes over the past few years. He is totally spoiled by the fact that I have summers off and took a cake class a couple of years ago.

It seriously feels like yesterday that you had Even and I was 6 months pregnant with Ryder in the heat of the Texas summer...secretly envious that you were through being pregnant, ha! Birthdays are bittersweet to me...yay for growth, but a little sad that there another year older. It looks like he had an amazing day!! Love all of the pictures...Happy, Happy Birthday!!!
