Lately, I think I could name my posts...

...it's been a while.

Sorry for the delay, folks.  The desktop computer is just not in a good location these days.  Reid is super mobile - not cruising just yet, but he sure is a fast crawler.  I barely have time to plug the camera in before someone is following me and VERY interested in pushing the blue button (on the tower).  By the way, sweet Reid is 9 months old today!  He is 20 lbs, 2 ounces, 29-1/2 inches tall, and an eating machine.  He still loves his mama more than anything - and his brother and dad come in a close second.  He is the sweetest boy ever.  Everyone we know tells us that.  They ask, "Does he ever cry?"  Our answer, "Not really.  He'll fuss if you put him in the carseat, but he gets over it pretty quickly.  He'll fuss if you put him in bed and he's not ready."  He really is an angel.

Our Aunt Judy turned 70 last month, and two days later our nephew Paul turned 5.  We all met downtown for dinner at Buca di Beppo.  It was fun!  We hadn't gotten the whole family (Mike's mom, aunt & brothers and their families) in public since 2003.  It was time - - and there are a few more of us now.

It snowed a teeny bit.  It seems to melt as fast as it comes.  Evan and I lament on our way to work/school each morning that our beautiful snow has gone away.  But, there's nothing like the joy on his face when he sees that it has come back - briefly or not.

The sick bug has grabbed Evan lately.  We actually got an illness credit at his school because he had to stay home so many days.  He got a 5-6 day stomach flu and Strep Throat twice.  Thank goodness for Grandma Mary.  She saved the day more than once so we could go to work.

The Superbowl was also in town last week.  We took Evan downtown on an unseasonably warm day to check out the festivities. We went to the NFL experience and had a nice time.

So cute! I think Reid looks more like you every time I see him! Sometime I'm sure we'll actually meet face to face!
