Evan has received 3 whistles (those recorder flutes) in the past 9 months. He got one for his birthday. He got to play it that day and maybe 1 more until we hid it. He got one for Christmas. We hid it before he even noticed it at Christmastime. He ended up seeing it and he got to play with is for a day or two. Recently, my mom gave him one. When I told her of the fate of the previous 2, she said she'd keep it at her house. Here is a picture of Evan Connors this morning - at Mom and Dad's - at 7:07 a.m. (after he'd been up for an hour and a half) - tooting the whistle. Mom was still in bed. I had to take a picture because it was the funniest thing that happened all day. :-)
