My dad had knee surgery yesterday. Evan couldn't figure out why Papa wasn't on the floor playing with him. Evan will actually sit still if you read him books, so Dad propped him up on his lap and they read the same 6 or 7 book 3 or 4 times.
Tell Uncle Mike we say feel better soon and we'll see him next week! Evan is so sweet! I hope Ryder learns to sit still soon!!! He actually fell asleep in my lap today and that never, never happens. I was going to transfer him to bed and do chores around the house, but then thought to myself that I will never have this time back and it happens so little that I should definitely just enjoy! Miss you guys!!!
