While Daddy was "Sleeping"...
...Evan and I covered him with Reid's foam blocks. Evan had a blast. Mike pretended to be asleep and then woke up with a start and scattered them everywhere.
The Only Unlocked Cabinet
The only unlocked cabinet in the kitchen is still where we keep our plastic containers and lids. Who needs toys? (The last 2 pictures are of Evan in 2008.)
The Pantry - A Favorite Pasttime
Reid (2012 - above & below)
Evan - 2008 (Below)
The pantry and its plethora of color and shapes is a favorite among little boys at this house. Evan loved the pantry when he was a baby, and Reid is no different. He races on his little hands and knees as soon as he sees it's been opened.

Daddy's Naps
Evan - March 2008 (9 months old)
Reid - February 2012 (9 months old)
Here are pictures taken about 4 years apart - both of the boys checking out their dad while he naps in their presence. I guess Mike isn't kidding when he says he can fall asleep just about anywhere.
Leave it to Ti
to introduce the cultural phenomenon of "Tebowing" to poor, impressionable Evan. We had guarded him from it for months...ask Ti to babysit and it's all over. ;)
Mimi & Papa
I went up to Fort Wayne for the 2nd time in about 7 days this week. Mom had ankle surgery (they had to rebreak her ankle since it didn't heal correctly when she broke it last fall). :( Evan and I went up last Thursday and spent the night. I took both boys with me on Wednesday night and spent the night. Evan was loving it. He absolutely loves hanging out with Mimi in bed. They play iPad games and watch shows. Reid loves just about anything - so he had a great time too. There are a lot of places to get into trouble at Mimi & Papa's house - it's not necessarily kid-proof at this point, but he was a trooper. He didn't get a whole lot of "open reign crawling" like he does at home. Here are some pics I took with Mom's phone (I forgot my camera).

March Pics
You can't really tell, but this is a pic of Reid being brave and standing on his own. :)
What better place to do a long puzzle than right next to me while I do the dishes? It cracks me up.
Reid's shirt says, "AWESOME (See above for details)" - Not a bad $2. find huh?
Time: Every Day
Me: "Evan, what do you want for dinner?"
Evan: "Pizza, with ranch and pizza sauce."
(This is the one day that week he got his way.)
Reid was very proud of himself for climbing in the tub all by himself.
Reid is the happiest baby. People (complete strangers) remark about it. He really is. He even smiles when you scrub his dirty face after dinner. (He may squawk every now and then if he's unhappy, but he really doesn't cry unless he's scared.)
We had some hot days (80 degrees or higher - that's a record breaker in Indiana this time of year), so Reid got to inspect this stuff we call grass.
Here's a dirty-faced Reid after dinner - playing in the only cabinets that he can get to - the Tupperware. :)
Here's Goofus Maloofus hiding under a blanket.
"Mom, I'd like a scoop of ice cream. Can I have a shake to wash it down?"
These pictures are actually from this morning - I haven't done that in a while. This was Reid having a bottle and below is Evan helping me clean the kitchen. (He's motivated to earn stars...10 stars equals a prize. He wants Angry Birds Space.) :)
