Brickie Graduation

We went up to the "Region" on Sunday for our friend Melanie's graduation party. They make Hobart Brickie balloons and, of course, Evan loved them. Here he is trying to figure out how he can have them for himself. It's only the back of his head, but they're such cute balloons.

Evan's BFF

Evan switches Best Friends Forever. It's either Mike or me. This week, it's Mike. Mike can't go anywhere without Evan saying, "DAD-DEE!!!!" in a total panic. Evan even got a time out today because he came up and slapped me on the arm when Mike went into the bathroom without him.

Food

Here are pictures of Evan dipping his popsicle in ketchup and of him eating a deviled egg. He did not like deviled eggs yesterday, but he liked them today.

Water Table

My mom and dad got Evan a water table for his birthday. It came this week, so my mom brought it down a little early. The little daredevil even tried to stand in it.

"Mo mo" Cake

I made an Elmo cake for Evan's buddy Alex. Her birthday was last week. Both kids were very excited to see an Elmo they could eat.

Popsicle Mouth!

Here is Evan with his orange mouth after eating a popsicle. He was fast. I ate one at the same time, and he kept up. (The tongue-out pic is my favorite.)

Five Feet Away

Evan was 5 feet away from me the other day when this mess occurred. I was loading the dishwasher and clearly not looking at Evan who was sitting on the floor next to the dishwasher.
