Busy, busy, busy

Evan was ready for the Cubbies on TV tonight; too bad his bedtime was before the first pitch.

Evan had one of his last kitchen sink tubby times tonight; he's getting to be too big.
I like the look of, "Save me Mom," when Mike was putting jammies on E. We have to throw a leg over him these days because he hates putting on clothes (like most little boys). :-)

Playing with the Grandparents

Dad and Evan played, "Let's Wear Hats," together and had fun.

Evan was pretty sick on Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, so he was all about being held on Saturday morning. My mom held him, and then she kissed him and got her lipstick on his llittle face (that's what she's wiping off). It's just not as cool when the lipstick print is from a family member; sorry buddy.

Too Many Puppies?

So, maybe Evan has been hanging out with too many puppies lately. We were playing with one of my socks and I held it out to Evan. He took it from me, with his teeth. Here's a picture from a similar time. No wonder we don't have dogs; they're bad influences. ;-)

Evan's Fake Cry

It's pretty funny how he tries to make it work for him....

Look at all of those teeth!

Evan has 8 teeth now; you can see a few and then you can't. :-)

Evan at 9 Months

Evan turned 9 months old on March 20th. I decided not to go to a photographer for it; he won't smile for them anyway. :-)
He can do lots of stuff now. He can feed himself (not yet with utensils), pull himself up, walk around along the furniture (they call that cruising), say, "Dah, dah, dah," and "Mah, mah, mah," when he's looking at each of us. He's been crawling for a while now, but he's gotten really fast. He forgets he can't quite walk yet though. He falls down and hurts himself because he'll let go of whatever he was holding on to. He'll be a walker soon though...hopefully without stitches. We had a few nice welts on Easter morning (no pictures of that).
